Wir laden euch am 10. November 2018 zum 8. Initiativentreffen nach Erfurt ein. In Themenräumen und einem World-Café tauschen wir uns gemeinsam über aktuelle Themen und Herausforderungen aus. Es wird genug Raum und Zeit geben, um Nützliches für euer Engagement vor Ort mitzunehmen und die Vernetzung voranzutreiben. Um einen guten Austausch zu ermöglichen, meldet uns bitte in welche Sprachen übersetzt werden soll. Die Veranstaltung ist kostenlos. Für Verpflegung (vegan, vegetarisch) ist gesorgt.
Anmeldung bitte bis zum 1. November 2018 mit dem beiliegenden Rückmeldebogen an die folgende Anschrift. Wer ohne Anmeldung spontan teilnehmen möchte, kann gern vorbei schauen.

Inhalte sind unter anderem:

• Vortrag: Zur Situation von Seenotrettung und Menschenrechten im Mittelmeerraum
• World-Café zum Austausch zu verschiedenen Themen
• Landtagswahlen 2019: Lebenssituation von Flüchtlingen verbessern
• Enttäuschte Erwartungen im Ehrenamt
• Fallberatungsgruppe zu aktuellen asylrechtlichen Themen
• Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Dokumentation per Video? Videoaufnahme und Bearbeitung mit dem Smartphone
• Abschlussplenum und Feedback

Das Treffen und die Themenräume finden im Filler, Schillerstraße 44 Erfurt, statt. Für Verpflegung ist gesorgt. Die Teilnahme ist kostenfrei.

We would like to invite you to the 8th Meeting of Refugee Support Groups. It will take place on the 10th of November 2018 in Erfurt. We will talk about current topics and challenges. There will be time for exchange and networking as well as a presentation of the current situation of the sea rescue in the Mediterranean Sea. There will be several workshops with different topics. We can invite translators. Please inform us beforehand, which languages are needed. The meeting is free of charge. We offer vegan and vegetarian food and drinks.
Registration deadline: 1th of November 2018 - please use the attached registration form and send it to the following address. If you want to participate spontaneous without registration, you are welcome.

• Lecture: The situation of sea rescue and human rights in the Mediterranean
• World-Café for exchange about different topics
• State elections 2019: Improving the living situation of refugees
• Unrealised expectations in volunteer work
• Case consultation group on current asylum-law topics
• Public relations and documentation by video? Video recording and editing with the smartphone
• Final plenum and feedback

The meeting as well as the workshops will take place in Filler, Schillerstr. 44 in Erfurt. Food and drinks are offered.
